• Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, while the courier is on the doorstep.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a manufacturing defect or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our side.
